Yiyang Zeng AI Data Centers · Digital Platforms

My research examines how technological change reshapes business strategy and society. Using AI infrastructure investment and digital platforms as empirical contexts, I analyze how new technologies influence firm strategy and competitive response, and the distributional and local consequences that shape managerial and public choices about further deployment.

I hold a PhD in Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MA in Economics from Columbia University, and dual BAs in Economics and Sociology with honors and distinction from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University.

Before my PhD, I was a researcher at NYU Stern and the Census Bureau Research Data Center, and a manager at a leading economic research firm.
